RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your interest in our store. Please note the following:

We hope that you are enjoying your purchase from us. If you should need to return a product, please do so at the location where it was purchased or call our customer service if purchased through our website. Gift Certificates are non-refundable.

• We gladly accept returns on unopened items in their original condition, and on opened items that may have caused an allergic reaction or are clearly defective.
• Returned items can only be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please enclose a copy of your receipt and note the reason for the return.
• We request you incur the cost of shipping the item back to us.
• Reflections Skin and Laser cannot accept returned items if more than 25% of the product has been used.
• Your credit card will be refunded as soon as we receive your returned shipment.
• Please allow up to 30 days for your refund to be processed. Original shipping charges are not refunded in the case of a return, exchange or credit.
